During 21-24 April 2011,we use PMO Delingha 13.7metre millmetre telescople to observe a star formation region,Aquila Rift,in On-The-Fly mode.The mapping center is located at 18:29:23.0 -01:55:40（J2000）and the map size is 90' x 90'。We adopt the parameter as follows:

The mapping region is divided into 9 subregions and every single subregion was scanned only once along R.A.(cost about 90 minutes in total).The preliminary observation results is given as follows,and rms respectively are:CO ~ 0.5K,13CO,C18O ~ 0.35 K (During observations,typical system temperature of upper sideband and lower sideband is 320K and 180K)
